3 Bed House with Exceptional view

Poor interior decor, outdated furniture, and unhygienic. The property was poorly cleaned, and food was left over from the previous occupiers. The property was structurally damaged. The kitchen roof had previously had a leak. I would not understand any circumstances, recommended this property. The owner has another property on the same road of a much higher standard, which I have used. This was shocking.

We had a very pleasant family stay at this 3 bedroom house. We travelled to Dewsbury for a family wedding. It is clean and very well looked after. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thanks to the host.

Newly refurbished and lovely TV. Easy access and friendly owner.

The neighbour parked his car very close to the car drive.

First impression of the scruffy front door made us a bit hesitant of what the inside was going to be like. Although the fixtures and fittings were dated I couldn't fault the cleanliness. The conservatory was a great space but would of been nicer with more seats inside - the back garden was inaccessible and a eyesore which was a shame.

It was clean, bright and airy. The heating system was easy to work, perfect for my pensioner-aged dad. My dad also particularly liked the large TV and Virgin. The location was excellent for visiting family and friends. The area was surprisingly quiet during the day and night which is good for us.

Honesty, the whole house just needs a little modernising, otherwise it’s perfect. The steps to get to the front door need fixing ie. One more step installed would make that last step up not as large and awkward. Luckily, my dad and I have long legs.

The drive, it is very steep initially and I scrapped underneath the front of my car as I reversed in, so had to stop and drive out and and go in forward. If you have a low car you wouldn't be able to use the drive.

Great location. Very bright and clean
