Very nicely located, near to the city centre and to the railway station. The owner was very flexible with the check-in time, and our stay was flawless. Altogether it was very convenient, but the apartment would benefit from a bit more care to details (it was well renovated, but a property needs continuous care to keep up with the passing time).

A GREAT location for exploring Seville, a decent apartment with good facilities & functional kitchen, fairly quiet area.

Liaision with the host was a PITA. We did our best to translate our EN to ES (and their responses back again), but it was hard work; but once we were in it was OK and the host kindly arranged a 2nd set of keys too. But the person the host uses to let people in and give them the keys only spoke EN and FR; we were lucky that one of us could speak a little FR, otherwise we'd've been screwed. Shower was awkward to use with stupidly arranged shower-rose. There is *nowhere* to open a large suitcase except in the lounge room by moving an armchair out of the way.

The host let us checkin an hour earlier than the standard check-in. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four. It is very clean and equipped with everything you may need and more. The location is good - away from the crazy streets in the centre but very close: you can walk to all sights. They provide a paid parking place in the same building which is very convenient. Excellent value for money.

The location - the apartment is a 10-minute walk from Sevilla-Santa Justa train station. Also there are a few restaurants, bars and a supermarket close by.

The location - the apartment is a 30-minute walk to Plaza de Espana.
