Stay in February 2024. Apartment in modern building with lift and underground car parking in the same building. Parking for cars of up to 1.8m height. Parking place width is a bit tight for a small SUV (DR 4.0) but it was manageable while we stayed, because one place next to "our" parking place was always empty. Apartment new and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bed linen and towels are nice and clean. It is quiet, no noise from the street. Roller blinds in windows. Smart TV. Central heating. Good WiFi. Working washing machine. 2 nice bathrooms. Good quality cosmetics in the bathrooms provided. Kitchen appliances were new and the ones we used were working without problems.

No kettle for boiling water for tea (had to use a pot to boil some water). Only one small, flexible, not very sharp, low quality cutting knife. Keys collected from a key safe. I asked for 2 sets of keys, but got only one which made my stay less enjoyable than it could have been. Communication with the host via messages in English sent through booking.com wasn't good. A few days before arrival I sent all the details from the passports of guests and asked to request any further information needed for check-in before the day of arrival. The response was "Thank you". On the day of arrival at 11.45 there was no information from the host how we should check-in. I sent messages via both booking.com and WhatsApp with the question about the check-in procedure. I got no answer at 2.30pm which was 30 minutes before our planned checkin time. I called the host who did not speak English. Having a little knowledge of Spanish I managed to understand that I need to send scans of guests passports in order to receive check-in instructions. I was on the road but fortunately there was no problem using Internet on my phone which was not always the case in Spain and finally I received check-in instructions. There were clear instructions in English how to get to the apartment and the garage gate, however more information should be given about the use of each of the 4 keys needed to access the apartment and/or garage. There was no clear information about the apartment WIFI (name, password), I had to find the router standing on the floor in the corner of the room and read that tiny text on the back of the router. Sometimes there was a sewage smell in the smaller bathroom.

Location was very good.. Modern and clean and well equipped.

Unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. Basic things missing in the kitchen. Poor instructions how to open the door,, key turned in reverse direction and bottom lock didn't open. B

The host of this apartment was racist and unprofessional. She messaged me on whatsapp before I arrived demanding a passport photo which I did not have to hand but said I would produce it upon arrival. She then threatened me if I do not send it immediately that she would cancel the booking which she did and I was still charged!

All recommendations

The apartment is quite big and spacious, comes with parking. It is very close to the centre and has all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the two bathrooms! The communication with the host was smooth and swift. It was very convenient that check-in was automated and possible when it suited us. Wi-fi worked very well. Very good value for money. Absolutely recommended!

The only drawback was that we had to ask for the check-in instructions in order to get them and that happened on the arrival date which was stressful as we were traveling and did not always have internet. But everything else was perfect.

Clean, confortable beds, great location.

I will suggest add more hunger for towels in the big bathroom and instruction for shower because it got wet all over.
