INMOST IMPORTANTLY, THE PROPERTY OWNER MR. RATAN WAS JUST AWESOME , FOR HIS HELPING NATURE AND AVAILABILITY. HE HELPED US IN GETTING MY DAMAGED TROLLEY SUITCASE REPAIRED, AND HE ALSO HELPED IN BOOKING THE RETURN CAB TO RAILWAY STATION. HE DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR EXTRA STAY BY ABOUT 6 HOURS, AND FOR THE LPG CYLINDER. IN ANY HOMESTAY, NOT ONLY THE AMENITIES OFFERED BY THE HOST , BUT ALSO THE ATTITUDE OF THE PROPERTY OWNER MATTERS. IN THIS CONTEXT , I WILL GIVE MR. RATAN 10 OUT OF 10, AND I RECOMMEND THIS HOMESTAY TO FAMILIES VISITING HYDERABAD FOR WORK OR TOUR. ANOTHER ADVANTAGE OF THE PROPERTY IS THE AVAILABILITY OF A DEPARTMENTAL STORE VERY CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY. ALMOST EVERY ARTICLE WHICH ONE MAY REQUIRE FOR DAILY USE ARE AVAILABLE HERE.
INThe hoat is amazing. He helped me in odd hours and was accommodative of all the requests. The property has everything, it's a fully furnished flat and in a safe locality. The supermarket and food shops are available right outside. You go there without any hesitation. You will love it. Just a small request to all the occupants- treat the place as your home and have a nice stay😇

GBLovely and spacious with everything you need. I felt really safe and happy staying here as a female traveler on her own. Great to have a washing machine also to catch up on washing that dried within half a day. The filtered water available at the property was also brilliant to save having to buy it all the time. A supermarket just opposite and lots of fruit, food and coffee places nearby. Plenty to do, with temples and bazaars too.

INStay at the property was very plesant.visited with my familly,n all my family people were very very happy with their staty.Especially thr Owner of house,Mr Ratan,he is such a nice person and friendly.His hospitality was beyond our expectation. About the property,it is a very minimum distance from secunderabad railway station.Easily accessible to all the local attractions. So finally i must say one can choose this property without any hesitation.
