If we could rate it less than 1, we would do it. Do yourself a massive favor and stay away from this property. Our experience was absolutely appalling, and the photos/positive reviews on this site are a complete misrepresentation of the grim reality. The property was fundamentally awful: we had to kill a cockroach in our room and found another one in the kitchen near the trash. Most shockingly, we found a used sanitary pad stuck to the wall behind the bedside table (photo attached), black mold (photo attached) and hair in the shower, an oven caked in thick grease, and heavily stained pillows. Even the basics were gross—toilet paper was stored in a grime-covered drawer (photo attached), and we arrived to find a full garbage bin that hadn't been emptied. When we arrived, we were greeted by a heavy, musty smell, peeling damp walls, and a backyard that looks like a construction dumping ground (photo attached). To make matters worse, the neighborhood feels unsafe and clearly has a bad reputation. We spent precious holiday time on the phone with Booking.com asking for support that never came: they were not able to reach out to the rental agency, presumably because it was in the weekend. Bottom line: this experience negatively impacted our entire trip to Manchester and we were genuinely relieved when our stay ended. Do not repeat our mistake! PS. Was comfort, je hebt er alles. We zijn beneden eigenlijk niet geweest, alleen voor naar de voordeur te wandelen. Maar ik denk dat beneden ook wel alles in orde was. Douche werd ook heel snel en goed warm.

Je kan lawaai hebben van de anderen die er logeren. Op het moment dat wij er waren, waren er mensen karaoke aan het zingen en waren die dag al heel lang wakker. De eerste avond voelde wij ons niet veilig in de buurt maar de rest van de ochtenden en avonden was alles perfect. Busstop is op 2 minuten wandelen en busstop voor richting het centrum op 5 minuten wandelen.
