See the Sea

Apartamento, ubicación, vistas y cercanía al centro. La anfitriona Niki y su madre (gran cocinera) nos trataron muy bien y nos ayudaron en todo. Solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento.

A Hidden Gem! Eva and Nicky are amazing hosts that truly make you feel at home. We arrived late, exhausted after a delayed ferry trip, and they graciously offered us a warm dinner! The 2-bedroom apartment is excellent. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable for 3-4 guests, and the view of the ocean from the balconies is just breathtaking! There were also abundant coffee facilities, fresh water, turkish delights, and a bowl of fresh fruits on arrival. Along with a variety of treats for the kids! In terms of the location, it's about a 12 min walk to the town centre, however, there is a FREE mini-bus 1 min from the property that can take you to and from the main square. Super convenient, and it runs every day except Sundays. We're so glad we stayed at See the Sea in Syros. It changed our whole trip for the better and was an authentic Greek Island experience with amazing hosts. Highly recommended.

Minor quibbles: There are some stairs to contend with, so just expect to have to carry some of your luggage up to the apartment on arrival. We also experienced extreme winds during our stay, which can shake some of the windows at night, but this is a seasonal thing.

A lovely location, with stunning views in a very comfortable apartment. Evi the owner was lovely & made our stay memorable. The free bus to the town runs regularly and is a bonus.

Everything. Amazing location just an easy 15 minute walk or €10 taxi. Huge living area and two large bedrooms with lots of storage. Two balconies with tables and chairs and stunning views to Tinos and Mykonos. The kitchen had everything you could wish for including drinks in the fridge and home cooking and fruit on the table. Did I mention the bottle of wine? Ermoupoli is a beautiful town. Do not be put off by the shipyards at one end of the harbour. It is clean and tidy with lots of shops and outstanding buildings but without the crowds of other islands we visited.Niki was a very responsive and helpful host.

Nothing, but some people may be put off by the two flights of stairs. That would be a shame

Niki the host was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed and in providing advice on island attractions and restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the town center and there is a free bus service that stops nearby. The apartment has the best sea view in Syros, and the sunrise is truly spectacular. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

Niki was lovely! She welcomed us with traditional sweets and had fruits, cookies, coffee/tee, ice cream and even beer and wine in the fridge for us. The apartment is well equipped, super comfortable and very very clean! We were even allowed an early check in without extra charge. It is on the upper floor with great views of Mykonos and Tinos islands. Cute balconies and nice windy, so you can easily sleep in summer. The location is at the "end of town" which is only 10min walking to the main beach "asteria" and maybe another 5 to down-town, so very nicely located. If needed there is also a local bus every 20min, but we never used it, as the short walk throughout this part of the town is beautiful. We overall loved it, had a great time and as said Bio really was lovely!

Nothing! Maybe the only thing to consider, there is no lift and it is on the 2nd floor. However Niki offered to carry our luggage up!

This is a beautifull location in a quiet neighborhood with a spectacular view to the sea. The apartment is confortable and sparkling clean. There is a small beach near the house where you can descend for a bath. Is very easy to get to town, you can walk or take a minibus for free. The host is helpfull, kind. She does everything smilling and made us feel at home!

The location and view were spectacular and the host Nicki is amazing! Friendly, responsive and so very welcoming
