Sea breeze Villa - Luna apartment

An excellent host who welcomed us warmly, explained everything in detail, and recommended places to visit. He responded quickly to all our questions via messaging. He immediately helped when we had a problem - we are very grateful for that. The apartment is a small studio. Everything necessary is in the room, except for a washing machine, but there is a good laundry nearby. The host also provided everything needed for breakfast. Clean. A sufficient number of towels. The beach is close. Bari is 15 minutes away by car.

You will have to share a small courtyard with neighbors. Whoever occupies the sofa and table in the courtyard first uses it for breakfast (lunch or dinner) or just relaxes outdoors instead of in their room, which is not very convenient. Perhaps it would be worth adding a second set of garden furniture to the courtyard? There is virtually no sound insulation between the two apartments. You can hear neighbors even if they are talking quietly, but if there is an emotional family with a small child living there (like in our case: the child is constantly whining, the mother is constantly shouting at him, the father snores loudly), then there will be no peace. And there's also a huge number of cats in this area, which have chosen the shady courtyard of the apartments, where, by the way, a lemon tree grows, as their toilet! Because of this, there is a terrible smell in the courtyard during the heat! It's good that the host quickly cleaned up the courtyard when we asked him to. But the next day, the cats continued their criminal activities in the courtyard! ))) We would like to recommend to the host to change the bed in the room. The current bed squeaks a lot and is very shaky. And the main horror and disappointment is that you won't be able to get a good night's sleep in this place. To our great regret, there is a marginal family living opposite these apartments, practically under your windows. They constantly shout very loudly, quieting down late (not before midnight, and sometimes even later), and wake up early (at 6 in the morning). People constantly come to them on noisy mopeds (including at night).

I like the close location to the sea, and good communication by bus and train to the city center and airport also the bath towels provided

What I didnt like it was the lack of a proper light, I mean -the table light for reading wasnt of any use and the standing lamp light was too dim, the room and the bathroom wasnt cleaned enought, the kichennet didnt have any work top to prepare some food as the top was use to put the microwave , there wasnt enough plugs or they werent in good use.

Amazing place to stay at Palese! 50 meters to sea promenade, good connection with Bari by train or bus. Walking distance to the grocery stores, few cafés and bars also not far away. Airport is just 15 mins away by bus. The owner was very nice and polite, ready to help anytime I needed it. Definitely recommend this house for a quiet beach holiday!

The cozy, little studio just perfect for 2 persons. We had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable. We liked outdoor seating with a view to a garden and a lemon tree. And the host is a super guy who will not let you down. Mirko was so nice to us and helped us to solve problem with a hired car and even gave us a lift to a car rental … so that our holiday could continue, thank you again. The area is calm and safe and also in an optimal position to the airport.

Mirko was a very friendly and helpful host. He explained everything, recommended shopping places and the way to the railway station and was available if anything was needed 🙂 the accommodation is close to the airport, buses, train station and very close to the sea 👍

Mirko was super friendly but also respectful of our space. He had guests staying next door, but we never came across them, even if we heard them. He also gave us good recommendations, and left us to have privacy when we needed.

The neighbors were a little loud, but it's to be expected in a residential neighborhood where everyone lives closer together. The kid next door likes his motorcycle.

The owner Mirko is a nice person that will explain all perfectly. The location is ideal with 2 min to reach the beach for walking area and bus lines ( 10 min ) that connect you to the airport and city center. The studio has all facilities with nice garden view.
