EKOSTAY - Alpine Villa

The villa was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. All the amenities was up to the mark, The only problem we felt in the food delivery as the company Cloud Kitchen was far from the villa so we need to warm our food again in the Oven, The food was very tasty, Good in quality and quantity. The swimming pool water was also clean so we all enjoyed a lot. The caretaker and the staff was very supportive. We loved the hospitality of the Staff.

The villa was very nice and comfortable. the staff keep this villa very clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom was clean an tidy too. The swimming pool water was clean. The food was delicious and the staff was co-operative. Mr. Amar the caretaker of the villa was a great person. We all loved the hospitality of Ekostay and we fine very thing was good in this villa.

This villa is the peaceful place to stay with family and friends. Nice Villa, Beautiful bedroom, net and clean bathrooms. Must visit this villa as this is the wonderful villa. There is indoor games liked carrom, Table Tennis which you can play and recall your childhood memory. We all together watch movie in open screen.

We had good time in the Villa. Bedrooms was net and clean. Bathroom was well maintained. It has big swimming pool. we had to much fun. Caretaker was very helpful. Food cooked by the chef was amazing. Nice living room and it very peaceful place. We enjoyed playing indoor games in the Villa. Great Stay!

One of the best villa in Alibaug. We were big group. This villa has 20 people comfortable facility. The Bedrooms, bathroom and hole villa was very clean. The swimming pool and the garden near it was amazing. They has Big projector screen in the villa, we all enjoyed our favorite movie in big screen. We played Carom and other games also.

Great Villa, nice location and tasty food made by the cook. Staff is very well behaved and cooperative. Caretaker is a very nice person and always available. The property was well maintained and it has all the luxurious interior with modern amenities. All in one value for money and experience. Must Visit!

Nothing. The worst experience of my life.

Due to Booking.com’s negligence we reserved an already booked property and when we reached there we were informed that we cannot stay there. So the 18 of us had to stand in the scorching heat for 3 hours before we ourselves booked a new property which cost us Rs. 45,000 /- which was way over our budget. The team at Booking.com also didn’t help us get another villa and transportation which they promised over the call.

Management of the ekostay is the worst. We booked the villa for 12th april, we checked in and paid the deposit money as well. We stayed for 2 hours and the caretaker says we should check out as another party already paid advance for this. We had completed all the formalities but yet we were kicked out of the property.
