All is fantastic

The villa is much, much bigger that what you can expect from photos and description. It is huge, with 3 big rooms, each with own bathroom + two additional toilets. It is located in the lovely town of Paul do Mar, there is a beach (rocky, actually concrete) close by, some bars (two were open) and a shop. There are nice restaurants just 5 minutes walk from the villa. The kitchen is nicely furbished. Swimming pool is a bit small, but enough for kids to play in.

There is almost no contact to the host. The host replies via booking chat (after a day or so), but not on the phone. It is difficult to find the villa because the address given on booking is one of the road itself, not of the house.

Location great - a lovely friendly fishing village with a few nice restaurants and a small supermarket just up road (past villa so took a day for us to find!). Villa clean and spacious, beds all comfy. Kitchen well equipped for cooking if didn’t want to eat out. Also bbq area and outside table to use. Pool area lovely sun trap! Will hopefully return really enjoyed our stay.

Keys from lock box, were slightly late entering property told could go in after 4 but was 4.30 as cleaners still cleaning but immaculate when gained access. Comms with owner were slow but we left to day of arrival to contact so may have been faster on a different day. We wouldn’t have found pool easily if cleaners hadn’t been there to ask. Through two doors which looked like entering another apartment. (But pool once found great- bigger and deeper than anticipated. Kids really enjoyed playing in it.)

Everything was okay.

The staff wasn’t in contact with us at all.
