Lovely studio - perfect weekend stay in Cork

Niets,ik begrijp niet hoe zoiets verhuurd kan worden.

Schimmel, vocht,koud,vies geen comfort. Grote vuilbakken voor de vensterbank,binnen de meter.

The phone is never attended. There is no guidance to where it is located. No photographs of external view of the property. Walked for an hour looking for the property and then had to look for a property on the web and rebook. Looks like due diligence is not done by Booking.com. The person at travelnest support number just wants to be done with the call and move on. Lost confidence in Booking.com. I am fortunate that i did not come family.

We had to leave the property within 24 hours of check-in due to a serious issue with a leaking ceiling. Water was dripping in multiple areas of the accommodation, making it impossible to stay comfortably or safely. We immediately informed the host and, unfortunately, were forced to find alternative accommodation shortly after arriving. Given that we were unable to stay even a full day due to this problem, we expected a full refund. Instead, we were only offered a 50% refund, which we feel is not fair considering the circumstances were entirely beyond our control and directly related to the condition of the property. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and the handling of the situation did not meet our expectations.

La.cercania a la estación de trenes. No era lo retirado que hubique en el mapa era 10mits del centro caminando. Era más grande que el que muestra la foto de booking.com.

Ese mismo día me envió un menj que la dirección cambiaba y creí que era más de lo mismo, no la leí y el taxista me dejó unas 6 calles llovía un poco y molestó. La calefacción no funcionó hacía frío pero estaba tolerable pero si la del baño bien. No tenían muy equipada la cocina.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy conveniente y tanto la llegada como la recogida de llaves fueron muy fáciles. Además, el host respondió siempre con rapidez y resolvió de inmediato todo lo que le preguntamos.

Sin embargo, el interior del alojamiento no cumplió con las expectativas. El apartamento no estaba limpio y las sábanas tenían pelos humanos y algunas manchas sospechosas. También hacía bastante frío: la calefacción solo funcionaba durante tres horas y consistía en una estufa muy pequeña para el espacio, que además presentaba bastante humedad. Por último, del techo del baño caía agua, lo que resultó incómodo durante la estancia.
