Great location, clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Das in der Beschreibung angegebene Frühstück war ein schlechter Witz. Wenn man Frühstück in der Beschreibung erwähnt, sollte man es auch servieren und nicht abgezählte, in Plastik verpackte Zwieback- und Kuchenstücke einfach auf den Tisch legen.

Mitten in der Altstadt, alles super toll fußläufig erreichbar, schöne Dachterrasse zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für alle, aber wir waren da immer allein. Check in lief per remote-Öffnung durch den Vermieter und hat bestens geklappt, eine Flasche Wein stand auch für uns bereit. Wir haben die Lage sehr genossen, weil Cafés, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.alles in der Nähe war.

Parken und überhaupt Anfahrt in den sehr engen Gassen ist ein bisschen schwierig, gerade für An- und Abreise mit Koffern. Aber man findet mit ein bisschen Geduld entweder an den größeren Straßen einen Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) oder im Parkhaus.

Environnement très bruyant avec des échafaudages sur l'immeuble mitoyen à 1 mètre de notre balcon et des ouvriers qui débutent les travaux de ravalement le matin dès 7h30 avec des conversations très sonores Il est totalement anormal qu'un propriétaire mette en location son appartement en connaissant cet inconvénient majeur. Nous avons fait une demande d'installation dans un autre appartement de l'immeuble donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment, mais elle a été refusée sous prétexte que tous les appartements étaient occupés. Ceci était faux, car il y a eu des départs sur les 3 jours où nous étions présents et des appartements vides avec les clés sur la porte. Nous avions réservé des mois à l'avance et nous estimons que nous aurions dû avoir une prestation de qualité, avec une affectation ailleurs que sur cet appartement le plus mal exposé de tout l'immeuble. Tabourets bar non adaptés à la hauteur de la table pour les repas Appartement sans âme, aucune décoration Vis-à-vis avec immeuble d'en face Réverbère de la rue donnant directement sur les fenêtres du coin chambre et double rideau pas suffisamment occultant

We didn’t meet the host. We spoke to him when discovering the washing machine did not work. He was very impatient about this when we asked why we hadn’t been informed prior that the washing machine was not able to be used. He said he would do our washing, however people who book a property because they want a washing machine do not want other people, unbeknown to them, washing their clothes. Later we found a printed note in the drawer above the machine that said the machine was not working. Seems this normally would be stuck on the machine. We then saw a review back in August that said the machine was not working. The thing is that it is not correct business practice to list that an item is in the room when it does not work, and has not worked for some time. Get things fixed and do not have a bad attitude when guests express their inconvenience. We booked wanting a washing machine. The room (number 2) is dark and grim, and the windows look into a narrow shaft between 2 close buildings. Patio is listed but it is on the roof top away from the room up several flights of stairs. The noise from the room above was significant every time they moved their chairs, which was very often! Felt pads on chair legs are needed. The ‘breakfast’ provided is sweet cakes, biscuits and jams. Not appropriate. We went and bought our own breakfast supplies and did the use the milk and yogurt from the room fridge. The room was clean and the bed good.

Frühstück waren nur abgepackte Sachen, nicht wirklich was ich unter „Frühstück inbegriffen“ verstehen würde. Check-In hat nicht reibungslos geklappt, erst falsches Zimmer durchgegeben.
