La facilità di parcheggio (ampio spazio gratuito davanti alla casa). La struttura dell'appartamento (3 camere matrimoniali e due bagni, cucina e grande soggiorno). La dotazione della cucina e altri servizi come asse da stiro, stendibiancheria, ecc.

La mancanza dell'ascensore (3° piano). Le camere sono arredate in modo molto spartano e non ci sono luci da lettura sui comodini (in quella più piccola mancano anche i comodini). I cuscini del letto non erano adeguatamente isolati con copricuscini (solo una federa e per di più aperta): non è assolutamente igienico

Krásný, prostorný byt, zařízený… Klidně místo s parkováním a v pěším dosahu do centra… Prostě skvělé🙂

Saknades diskmaskin som det skulle finnas enligt hemsidan! Köksutrustning inte anpassad för 6-8 boende. Boendet var inte riktigt anpassat för 6 vuxna, inte AC i sovrummen utan i utrymmet utanför, saknas bra möjligheter att torka handdukar för ett större sällskap. stopp i ena duschen (som ägaren löste vid felanmälan), lukt i det andra badrummet

We had a wonderful stay at this super nice and cozy apartment in Ravenna! The place has absolutely everything you need—modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. The two bathrooms were a big plus, especially when traveling with family or friends. Parking right in front of the building was a real gem, and the apartment is within easy walking distance to the city center, making it super convenient to explore Ravenna on foot. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and some delicious sweets for breakfast, which was such a lovely touch. Everything in the apartment feels brand new and well cared for. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ravenna!

Very quiet and easy to feel at home. It was clean and what I was expecting from an appartament that is used by others.Washing machine was super clean. Walk to old town is about 15 min. Bike rental was close by. Town was bike friendly.

Alot of the outlets were disabled. Need clothes pins.

Very nice and big flat, nice location, free parking on the street infront of the house.
