"Komfortowe mieszkanie w samym centrum Kołobrzegu"

świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum Kołobrzegu. Blisko na plażę, promenadę. Na dole budynku dobra piekarnia i kawiarnia. Niedaleko Żabka i Biedronka. Mieszkania schludne, czyste, na wyposażeniu wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy.

o informacje dotyczące naszego zakwaterowania musieliśmy się upominać telefonicznie i smsowo. Dostaliśmy je na chwilę przed przyjazdem do Kołobrzegu.

"Ładny,wygodny, blisko plaży 20 min Centrum Kołobrzegu w pobliżu. Polecamy."

Bardzo ładny apartament,super dla par.Ładnie umeblowany i wyposażony,osobna sypialnia,wygodna łazienka z dużym prysznicem.Winda w obiekcie.Ocena bardzo dobra.Napewno tam wrócimy.

Mały minus za widoczne plamy na kanapie.

Obiekt jest czysty i zadbany. Łazienka nienaganna. Pościel świeża. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

Jedynym mankamentem jest brak klimatyzacji. Zazwyczaj w Polsce to nie duży problem, ale od wschodu słońca do około 15 godziny słońce świeci we wszystkie okna mieszkania, przez co mieszkanie mocno się nagrzewa. Natomiast po 16 godzinie już zachodzi i nie świeci bezpośrednio w okna. Na szczęście ze względu na to, że mieszkanie jest wysoko - dość szybko się schładza też. Jedyne co bym sobie życzył to klimatyzacja. Np.możliwa do włączenia nawet za dodatkową opłatą typu 100 zł tydzień.
