"Good stay in Madrid!"

The staff was great and always available. They arranged a late check-in for us. The apartment was good and clean!

Location is amazing

Huge staircase . The flat is in the 5 th floor and there are not elevator . Be ready if you travel with heavy luggage

"Poor"

The 5 big stairs without elevators, that were not in the description. We were travelling with an old person and a baby and it made our trip really disapoiting. Specially we asked for a baby bed, and we should have been warned at that point and reservation should have been cancelled.
