Easy access to the property, perfect for where I am working could leave vehicle and walk, shops nearby.

Living room curtains are awkward to close at night. Radiator in hallway has a small leak

Well-appointed throughout. Quiet (apart from morning road traffic). Short walk from railway station (Mount Florida) to access city centre (Central Station). Convenience stores a short walk away.

Cathcart Rd traffic is noisy in the morning.

Good location. Near public transport to city centre. Shops and cafes nearby. Quiet neighbourhood. Quick response when we had issue with boiler settings.

Blind in bedroom does not close down. All else good.
