In the centre of the town near shops and pubs, bed very comfortable

The people the coffee shop underneath - lovely breakfast . The cleanliness .

Could have been warmer radiator Luke warm ( room 8)

The Staff was so inviting and polite!

The location, the bed was comfy

We were in room 3 ,The shower was not that powerfull, we could not get the radiator to get warm. And the sound from the room above was loud.

Was close to a pub and Elan valley which was the main reason for an overnight stay.

It was ridiculously noisy! The front door was slammed several times, you could hear everyone in their rooms (at few points the people above us may as well have been sitting in our room! and Ill save the embarrassment of sharing their antics but if you know, you know …… and ladies I’d be very disappointed) The double glazing needs attention as it sounds like you have a window wide open. We arrived and had to ring the phone number for the property 4 times before anyone answered to tell us where to check in. The parking is pot luck in a very busy street and the nearest car is a short walk. If you park in this car park, it isn’t free until 6pm and is charged from 8am.

Location, staff and cleanliness

The bathroom was a little narrow and awkward

Room and facilities were superb. Staff excellent. Location seriously convenient.

That I only booked the one night.

L’arrivée n’était pas très bien indiquée C’était très bruyant aussi bien avec la rue qu’avec les voisins. Il y avait des poils dans le lit Et on a pas eu de direction claire sur le checkin et le checkout
