The room is lovely and spacious with access to your own bathroom for use. David the host made us feel very welcome and was most helpful during our stay, we would recommend and use again.

Proximity to train station. Quiet area. Private bathroom was a bonus as wasn’t sure what to expect. Nice big room.

"Wonderful Jasmine Cottage"

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage—it was absolutely lovely, full of charm and comfort. The room we stayed in was spotless and well-kept, making it easy to relax and feel at home. David was incredibly welcoming and pleasant throughout our visit, going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

"Perfect hideaway."

Perfect location for our needs, right between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Train 10 mins walk away. Room only basis which was fine. David is the perfect host and provides use of his microwave and toaster ( if you ask nicely ! ) which suited us perfectly. Bathroom lovely. Parking free and safe. Room is hidden away and really quiet, had a brilliant sleep.

No downsides at all. Perfect stay.
