Crete Apart House - Modern Studio

Emplacement super, à 10 minutes à pied à peine acces aux différents commerces et plages. Accueil tres chaleureux de notre hôte, qui a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre malgré notre retard. Apparemment confortable où il y a tout ce qu’il faut (machines à laver, frigo, cuisine équipée…)

Parking pas très pratique, en effet quand nous sommes les seuls ce n’est pas un problème mais s’il y a 2-3 véhicules cela est un peu compliqué.

I’m writing this review from the heart so more people can see it — I can’t recommend these apartments enough! Everything was spotless, cozy, and beautifully arranged. The lady who checked us in was incredibly kind, understanding, and welcoming. We had an amazing time here. There’s a lovely terrace where you can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the stunning sea view. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-equipped — you can easily cook your own meals (everything you need is provided). There’s also a washing machine, air conditioning, and all the little conveniences that make your stay easy and pleasant. It’s just an 8-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and some local shops. We stayed for 5 nights and loved everything about it! Special thanks to the wonderful lady who welcomed us — she truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommend staying here! 🌟

Disponibilità

Well appointed and clean. We arrived very late due to flight delays. Our hostess was still welcoming and helpful. She drove us to the nearest supermarket to pick up a few supplies which was very kind, as we also were able to find our way into town the next morning. As we were only staying for a couple of days before we moved on to our villa it was a perfect place to plan, get used to the culture and food.

Parking can be troublesome sometimes. But otherwise all good

We liked that the apartment was bright, and décor was very nicely done and up to date with facilities, It was very clean. The roof top was really nice and the view was fantastic, The bus stop and taxi service were only a 5 minute walk and we liked that we could get the bus near by into the city and to the airport also. The supermarkets and restaurants were very close and the beach. Thigatella was our favourite restaurant. Slow cooked food. The keyholder was helpful and offered us clean towels if needed. We also received them when requested.

The location was down a back street , that looked a little run down in the area. the town itself was not the most visually attractive in a lot of areas. The winding staircase up to the studio apartment didn't seem very sturdy when carrying heavy suitcases up and down from the rooftop. We would have liked a shower holder to hold the shower head in place, instead we had to shower holding the head of the shower and it was very messy with water going everywhere, when having to set it down on the taps every time, to wash ourselves. The owner has taken this on board. Instructions for the washing machine in the laundry room should be set in place if the keyholders want to save on energy. We did not know how to do this as the settings only had longer hour options. We spent a lot of time trying to figure it out.

Tiny tiny bed. Clothes hanger provided is broken. Like warm water in the shower. Barely gets hot.
