GBReally good location and lovely view
Took a deposit without going through booking.com and wouldn’t give us a the keys/check in without paying €200. Weren’t expecting to pay this untill told on arrival. Once we left the apartment in perfect condition we didn’t receive the full deposit back and no response from the owners.

De klantenservice van benidormbooking is ronduit slecht. TV deed het niet en zou ongeruild worden. Geen enkele reactie meer van hun kant ondanks meerdere keren bellen. Ze hebben veel excuses maar geen oplossingen. Het meubilair is aan vervanging toe.
GBThe apartment is in a great location to access old and new town. It’s well equipped with amazing sea views. Returning the keys to the office prior to transfer is a bit incumbent when you have suitcases.
Mattress on the sofa bed not great Shame some people visit Benidorm and behave inappropriately. Most have a fabulous time but some do spoil the good time vibe
