"I would not book there again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone"

It’s quiet

1. The pool was dirty. 2. The iron and ironing board are situated outside by the poolside and the iron does not work well. 3. The towels are not changed - the client must use the same wet towel used the previous day. 4. The room service actually doesn’t clean. 6. The shower does not having a sliding door so the floor becomes REALLY wet. 7. The TV is not user friendly. They have restricted some functions on the TV remote which makes it difficult to watch Netflix and other entertainment programmes. HORRIBLE.

The safety

The place was not cleaned for the duration of my stay and they do not provide cleaning equipment for one to clean for themselves. An assumption that a person can stay in a place for a whole week without cleaning is disappointing. If you value cleanliness, and will be staying longish this isn’t the place for you
