Great location. Lovely house, well equipped, well maintained. Cosy. Lovely big bathroom. Useful outdoor space. Everything ran smoothly.

Toilet seat was not secured and only two hand towels supplied for six people.

The location. Lovely house with a great layout & loads of space. Beds & pillows super comfy

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Couple of issues...flush on the bathroom toilet wasn't working properly. No tumblers in the cupboards that we could find so drank spirits from plastic cups. Not a big issue.

"Comfortable and convenient place to stay."

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The main street is an easy walk away for meals out and there are 2 supermarkets very close-by to get groceries. Barter Books is also just round the corner too. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless as were the bathrooms. Parking outside the house was very easy.

"OLIVERS DEN"

Lovely clean cottage .rooms and furnishings were of a very high standard. Central for Alnwick and the gardens and ideal for visiting other places of interest. I.e. Holy Island, Bamburgh, Sea Houses etc..would recommend ..

Should have a notice on the gate to say Watch the step as it was quite easy to miss it .

"Well appointed, quality accomodation just outside the centre of Alnwick."

A surprisingly spacious town house located just outside the centre of Alnwick. Sleeps six adults very comfortably and is well provided in terms of facilities. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing. One of the best holiday rentals I’ve stayed in.

The location was perfect for our visit to Alnwick. Oliver’s Den had everything we needed for a cosy family trip away and all the equipment and facilities for cooking our own meals. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable.

Nicely furnished. Great location. Good for family with dog. Toys available and two good sized patios. Bowls for dog as well.

Was not very clean. Did not have fresh bed linen on beds. Hair and eyelashes found under duvet on multiple beds. Carpets dirty. Dusty. Poor customer service from Host & Stay who manage property.

The house was very clean well decorated. The furniture was very comfortable and so we're the beds. We all agreed that Oliver's Den deserved 5 stars.

We didn't have a single complaint.
