FLORA STUDIOS CORFU - Adults only

Lovely location in Benitses. The owners were so helpful. Even came and picked us up from the airport for €25. 10 minute walk to the town where there are lovely restaurants and bars. Bus service to Corfu town and port just outside the studios. A++++

Ampia stanza attrezzata con vista mare indiretta (si trova dietro ad altre case). Balconcino attrezzato con ombrellone. Cucinotto con minimo indispensabile per essere autonomi per i pasti. Fornito olio sale e detersivo lavapiatti e una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia. Comoda la messa a disposizione di una bacinella per lavare i costumi e scopa e paletta nel caso si portasse sabbia. L appartamento si trova in una casa dietro la dimora dei proprietari, attraversando un bel giardino molto curato. La zona è molto tranquilla ma comoda a vari servizi. La struttura si raggiunge solo a piedi, c'è da fare una piccola salita e per raggiungere i piani superiori ci sono le scale, no ascensore. Non c è parcheggio in struttura ma ce n è uno nei paraggi e anche nella strada principale non è difficile parcheggiare. Varie spiaggette proprio a un passo.

Il bagno non era pulitissimo al ns arrivo. Wi-fi debole nella ns stanza.

L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, le calme et l'emplacement. Ce logement était parfait pour 3.

We stayed in this apartment for several days. It is small but pleasant, with everything you basically need. There are two cooking plates available, which can be a bit limiting if you want to prepare more elaborate meals. Outside, there is a nice area where you can sit and relax. The WiFi connection can be unstable at times, and mobile data reception is generally inconsistent on the whole island. The shower was quite challenging, very small, and water easily splashes outside the shower tray, making the bathroom wet after each use.

Unfortunately, we did experience some less positive aspects during our stay. The apartment entrance has two doors; one of them needs to be closed for the electricity to work. This was not explained to us, which almost caused our food in the fridge to spoil when we returned from an excursion. Additionally, during cleaning, the cleaner did not lock the apartment afterward, leaving it open the entire day while we were away. We also had a box with various items on a table, including food and possibly my prescription glasses. When we came back at the end of the day, the box had been cleared away by the cleaner. Our food, and potentially my glasses, had been thrown away. To this day, my glasses are still missing. The host did try to help by searching in the trash for our food (which was indeed found there) and glasses and offered to reimburse the food, but unfortunately did not further address the matter of the missing glasses. Another time, a few empty plastic bottles we had set aside to refill for hikes were also discarded. I understand this could be seen as rubbish, but it still felt rather careless. The location of the apartment is good, with plenty of parking available in a nearby parking lot.

Τα εγκαταλελειμενα κτίρια και ο δρομος που δεν είχε πεζοδρόμιο και κινδυνεύεις από τα αυτοκίνητα.

It was clean, comfortable, we found more things to use that we could think of , small details that matter. Would recommend

The old wardrobe in the room just doesn't fit , makes the room look more gloomy and workers nearby started cutting trees at 8 o'clock. Overall nothing to complain about

La tranquilidad del lugar, la habitación con buen tamaño tiene todo lo q necesita, cerca de supermercado y restaurantes, la playa a 70 metros.

La ducha algo pequeña pero nada de q preocuparse.
