USF & Busch Gardens Townhome Stay

Very quiet neighborhood. The host was easily accessible and easy to communicate with.

I received my checkin information late and it was sent to an email address I didn’t provide initially. There was a huge LOVE BUG infestation in the unit that I had no control over and they were even in the bedrooms.

Clean. Safe. Quiet.

Parking. The available parking spaces are rarely available and used by other tenants frequently. And I had to use visitors parking which requires a father walk.

Just a bad stay in general

Neither shower worked and would take 2 days to fix. Had to cancel my stay and feel like I wasn’t compensated for my time loss and poor arrangements.

I wish the pool wasn't dirty

Convenient,to nearby restaurants and local attractions 

You can tell the property was not well kept by previous owners, some work has been done, the bathroom vanities were repainted but had a lot of damage at the floor level, the tub and shower faucets are so loose they are about ready to fall out of the wall, the walls you can see have taken A beaten but just a new coat of paint was thrown on the wall instead of properly fixing it, the washer was broke upon arrival but was quickly fixed, the dryer runs but don’t dry, the grout near the baseboards are gross,the small outside seating area has no furniture and the grass and weeds have taken over, the trash from the previous occupants was left outside the front door and never picked up during our stay, the master bedroom smelled terrible of smoke, especially if your a non smoker, overall it was reasonably priced, but someone went in in a hurry to flip it and get it rented out, the communication with the property was great and thorough but honestly I wouldn’t stay there again it needs a lot of work to be properly fixed.
