El piso era acogedor y con buena calefacción y agua caliente para los meses de invierno. Habitaciones amplias

La insonoridad no era buena, ya que se oían los pasos de los inquilinos que ocupaban la vivienda superior. La cocina tenía una gran cristalera que daba a un pequeño patio por el que subieron los vecinos del piso de arriba, lo que generaba falta de intimidad
