Temperature inside of the house was pleasant although outside was really hot; Rui’s availability to help solve problems

- Pool was not clean and the water wasn’t being renovated - We had to give one of our personal documents during our stay (or an extra deposit), that is only returned after they had checked that everything was ok with the house. We didn’t new this would happen, there was no information on the house add that it would be requested and there’s no legal ground allowing to retain any personal documentation . Also, the lady that talked with us when we returned the keys, was pretty rude.
