USThe property is close to some tourist spot.
No attendant on counter when we arrived and we left to check out. Short on staffs. Security guard are not helpful when we arrived and unable to assist us or give us any contact on property. Also WiFi too slow and tv not working. We called for assistance, but no one was attended in the lobby. So disappointed.

1 electric fan for 2 bedrooms and 1 living room . We are 6 guests. Even though it's in baguio ,if you are inside the unit, it's not cold . It's better to stay in the hallway. Disgusting cr. Not pwd friendly. Kitchen utensils are dirty. There is no available towel for a bath nor use for the kitchen. The Tv remote is not functioning well, you can only navigate. The left n right function. It is not safe because there is a service area that everyone can pass through
PHPHPHBy far, I think this is the best accommodation we've booked in Baguio throughout our many trips since the 2000s. All amenities are complete, the location is great, and the view is spectacular. Check-in and check-out were so easy, and the managers were so easy to communicate with. I didn't have anything to ask for because everything was already there! Great stay that merits a return booking!
