Le Casate - Centro Storico Arezzo

Exceptional! A beautiful top floor flat, with very clean and well equipped kitchen / living room, bedroom and bathroom. More than ample coffee supply, bathroom soaps, etc etc. Totally homely and very comfortable. With the windows open, the hum of the quiet cobbled street was Italian authentic; with the windows closed, there was silence. Arezzo itself is wonderful and without the crowds of Tuscan bucket list locations. The flat is perfectly placed for the top of town hill and cathedral walks, old town sloping square people watching and reasonably priced drinks and the many side street eateries. To top it all, the host is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Brilliant!!

A very comfortable one-bedroom apartment, on the first level of a historic building in Arezzo’s centro storico, making it an easy walk to the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. The Piazza Grande is just 300 metres away. The apartment has all the modern comforts you would expect, with a well-equipped kitchenette, super comfy bed and effective heating. It is a perfect retreat after a few hours exploring Arezzo in the winter chill. Michela and Marco, Le Casate’s hosts were great communicators & provided helpful tips. Free WiFi and a flat-screen TV.

Easy entry and great location. Very comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Great care given to special requests. We would love to stay here again.

Great little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Easy walk to the town centre. Excellent communication and helpful answers to questions re places to eat and directions. Clear instructions for self check-in and check-out.

The narrow staircase to the first floor was fine for us but could be a problem for some.
