Clean, comfortable and convenient! Super close to public transportation. Very accommodating and friendly staff as well! Highly recommended for any vacationers!

The wholle thing was a complete fiasco. The size of the flat is just enhanced by the pictures but it is really too small. No hangers for soap / towels/ paper in the WC The worst is that the wholle building was under repairs so we were full of dust, repair noises, workers shoutings, building materials all over from the entrance up to the floor we were. No flat under these conditions should be allowed for renting out !! This is the second time we have problems with places managed by operators ALTERHOME. First time (2022) we spent 2 days awaiting for repais in the air conditioner and the internet. it Seems they do not prepare the flats they operate. As you never really revover from such a bad experience we asked ALTERHOME for an indemnity which so far they have refused.

The Hosts were friendly and communicated well. The apartment is well located.

We stayed here in early October 2023 .The building is being renovated with works right next to the apartment so expect noise in the day and a bit of dust for at least a few more months. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but is extremely small and can only accommodate a family of 3. There is a sleeper couch but it is rock hard and the area will be better served if a dining room table replaces the sleeper couch. We were surprised at how expensive Madrid self catering apartments are compared to other European cities.
