Die Unterkunft ist sauber aufjedenfall

Die Lage sowie das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist schrecklich. Vor allem ist die Wohnung im 4.Stock OHNE Aufzug. Für den Preis und diese Lage sowie das Haus ist definitiv meines erachtens nach eine Abzocke und auch eine Kaution i.H.v. 300€ ist definitiv hier nicht zuverlässig. Ich würde hier für maximal 30-50€ pro Nacht übernachten das auch nur wenn es Notwendig ist.

Très bon emplacement pas loin du metro et de la plage (environ 10 min à pied de chacun). L'appartement se trouve au 5e étage sans ascenseur mais propre refait à neuf. Personnel réactif à distance.

Le pré-enregistrement un peu ardue. Petite odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Caution de 300€. Devanture et hall d'entrée très très salle (on voit les coupons de poussière s'envoler). Heureusement qu'on a la bonne surprise de trouver un appartement propre et renové à l'intérieur.

It was renovated recently, nice and clean. Central location in Badalona, paid parking nearby.

Asked to pay a 300 euros deposit on some weird website. Staff was rude about it and didn’t provide any other real options. You need to climb six floors on the very narrow stairs for the apartment, which is a real challenge if you have baggage, kids, or bad knees. The apartment is freezing cold, one room doesn’t have an ac, I suppose in summer it will be hell. For almost a week we get 1 laundry capsule and one dishwasher capsule. No olive oil, salt, coffee, or anything. You need to buy everything for the short stay. Hot water here is a privilege, not a right. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you just wait 15 minutes in the ice bath and nothing happens. Keys are locked at 12.00 and there are no one for you to help, if you need to come back 5 minutes later.
