Clean and renovated and all you you need is inside

The procedure to check in , no one to welcome us and i waited mkre than 35 min with my 2 kids to finish the check in online and i asked him if someone can come to help ! Also they didn’t say they wanna take 300€ deposit !!

Beautiful close to everything, charming area

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely facilities, air conditioned throughout, simple toiletries provided, kitchen well equipped. Brilliant location to be able to easily walk to the beach in 5 minutes using the pedestrian underpass, and to get into Barcelona using the L2 metro. Badalona is beautiful with wonderful places to eat and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening strolls along the seaside. The apartment is newly renovated, styled well, and easy to find using the address. I enjoyed having the electronic lock using the app/web link.

Checking-in is a little arduous; be aware there is a separate checking-in process external to Booking.com where you need to provide passport information and a deposit (€300). It is not a big issue and we had our deposit returned quickly and easily. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment but no basic ingredients, meaning to cook anything you need to buy new items such as oil/salt/vinegar/seasonings.

Large bright apartment, great facilities in the centre of Badalona, close to old town and 5 mins to the beach. Communication and access were very convenient.

How you open the door. It is very difficult.

Location is perfect. 30-40 min by metro to Barcelona center. Perfect beach in 10 minutes with Mercadona store. 1 minute to market with fresh sea food, fruits and others. Fresh renovation. All necessary tools for cooking. Good WiFi. Good bed mattress.

Old building entrance, dirty floor, lack of garbage packets and tools for cleaning plates. No tea, coffee and salt. Some problems with TV WiFi connection.

Close to the metrostation, to the sea,several place to have the breakfast.

It’s near to “Platja de Coco”

The workers do not communicate with each other and it is chaos. They promised to pick us up at the airport and I paid in advance and yet they left us waiting. I called and they told me it was impossible, they did not believe anything I told them and then they said that the rate was not correct what I had paid. After trying to blame us for several minutes and me claiming my money back, I asked for a private cab and they charged me less than what Alcam charged me. They were not friendly at all and to explain via phone how to get into the apartment they were rude. On the way out it was the same. I asked them how to check out and they asked me what time I would be leaving the apartment and I informed them. However, I received an email asking me what time I would be leaving the apartment on a date outside of my reservation. I had to send them proof that I had already left the apartment and that I had already informed them of the exact time. Regarding the facilities, the ceiling lights in one of the rooms were damaged and I reported it and again they tried to blame me, saying that I had not turned on all the fuses, when the table lamps in the same room still worked, it is illogical. Also, they did not leave a sun umbrella available and in Badalona in no beach you can rent one. 35 degrees in Spain and with the price of the apartment, I think it is unfair.
