Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Hafen und ist modern und gemütlich. Ich hab mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsküche ist zweckmäßig und total in Ordnung. Das gelieferte Frühstück war leicht zu bestellen und gut. Parkplätze gibt es einige in der Straße, man muss nur etwas suchen und ein bisschen Glück haben.

Das Einchecken war etwas kompliziert. Da ich spät anreiste( jedoch noch in der Einchecken-Zeit), stand ich sicher 20min vor verschlossenem Tor, bis der, mit dem ich via WhatsApp kommunizierte und die, die mich dann hineinlassen sollte, selbst miteinander kommunizierten und sie mich dann schließlich hineinließ. Man konnte sich nicht selbstständig bemerkbar machen und war immer auf den Mittelsmann via WhatsApp angewiesen. Dieser war aber absolut nett und freundlich.

Shower is nice, the owner is very responsive, the beds were comfortable enough.

The front of the house isn't lit at all during the night (bad for my 77 year old father, and it also gave me the impression that it was abandoned). There is a ton of construction junk and rubble in front which definitely detracts from the beauty of the place. Then: the AC didn't work in the first room (even though it was supposedly new); the second room they gave us continuously smelled of sewer gas and had two large cockroaches in it, one which ran across the bed and into a pillow. It took a while to chase them out of the room and kill them. Then the WiFi stopped working for hours on all our devices (we put in the correct password with a period at the end). In the morning, there was only one coffee capsule left and a few used ones lying around. Overall the place looks nice on first glance but is a bit bizarre if you look more closely. It was an exhausting experience all in all. No offer of refund or anything like that except the offer to cover the nightly tourist tax. It might have just been bad luck, but my overall impression is that this place definitely needs more attention to detail if it wants to call itself 'luxury'!

A beautifully designed apartment that blends traditional and modern elements. High ceilings and striking coastal tiles are paired with modern features, creating a very comfortable and inviting stay. The stay was made even better with a delicious included breakfast, served in a charming common area, adding to the overall experience.

The only minor inconvenience was that the building was under renovation, with scaffolding around the facade. There was also a faint smell of paint inside the apartment. However, we understand this was due to ongoing work and assume these issues will not persist in the future.

A very pleasant, spacious and tasteful apartment! A very responsive host, helpful with really everything! For example, we had dinner in very good places which were his suggestions. We will certainly come back if we visit Messina again!

Is located not rightinte center but in a walk distance what make it quite and confortable area. Restaurants are close and reachable. The location is close to theenter of thecity what is good hen you arive by car. I recommend and I enjoyed

The breakfast was poor but I realized is because of a stupid italian law that doesn't allow to serve fresh food. Any way breakfasts in Italy are not so exclent as their art...
