We were handed two digital card keys at check-in. They worked correctly on the first night of our two-night stay; however, on the second night, neither of them functioned. There was a thunderstorm in Valencia during the period we were there. When we returned to the apartment in the late afternoon on the second day, both keys failed to work despite multiple attempts, leaving us unable to enter the building and we had to wait outside for long time. We tried to contact the property office several times using the phone number provided, via WhatsApp, and through Booking.com, but unfortunately received no response. We then contacted Booking.com directly, who were very helpful and were able to reach the property’s office in Barcelona and arrange for assistance, which we are grateful for. They also gave us the contact details of the property office in Barcelona. There were further delays. After waiting for the initially advised time, we contacted the property office again and were informed that we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. During this time, the uncertainty became distressing for our daughter, who was understandably upset, thought we were going to be left homeless for the night and started crying. Eventually, someone arrived, provided replacement card keys, and we were able to access the apartment. Our main concern is that the emergency contact details were not responsive at the time assistance was needed, despite this being not a single flat owned by an individual but a block of flats operated by an organisation. This experience significantly affected our enjoyment of the Christmas break. Overall, staying at the apartment is comfortable when everything functions as expected. However, we would suggest that future guests be aware that, should an issue arise, response and support times may be challenging.

No habían limpiado bien el apartamento, baño sucio y con olor desagradable, platos con restos de comida, suelo con restos de migas, etc y restos pegajosos de bebida en las mesillas. Una ducha que no tiene luz y han colgado una lampara que no funciona sujeta con alambres. Una de la tarjetas fallo y no abria la puerta del apartamento, tres horas esperando a que llegaría alguien a solucionar el problema.
LUSehr gepflegtes und modernes Appartment! Mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (sogar mit etwas Weihnachtsdeko). Die Garage ist groß, so dass auch höhere Autos hineinfahren können (oder Autos mkt Skibox auf dem Dach). Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit!
Eigentlich ist alles gut. Die Lage ist nicht gleich im Zentrum man muss etwas laufen. Was aber zu Fuß gut zu machen ist.

BRApartamento lindo, novo, com todos os utensílios de cozinha. Ótimo banheiro e camas, um terraço muito bom também. Bem proximo ao Mercadona caminhando e 15 min a pé do centro velho de Valencia.

NLNLFijn appartement op een fijne locatie naast het turia park. Goed bereikbaar met de metro vanaf het vliegveld.
Het contact verliep soms wat moeizaam. Daarnaast is er wen wasmachine maar geen wasmiddel en krijg je ook bij een lang verblijf slechts twee vaatwastabletten. Het kussen was slecht en er stonden twee losse bedden.
BENLHet bed sliep erg goed en was van goede kwaliteit. Vriendelijk personeel.
