Location is nice

Bed was not clean properly, as well as towel is very old , moreover bed door is very bad , I need to fight with door when try to open and close 😁 because it is totally unflexible door ,, I don’t find the hitter switch , room was too cold sorry to forget main things , the gived to me not a proper room it was living room, i paid my money for proper room not for living room ,,? So by the reasons I want go get back my moneys ,, they did chit with me ,,?

How close it was so centre.

Room was dirty, stains on floor, mirror broken, bath was dirty, shower wasn’t clean.
