The reception was excellent. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always available. The room was spotless and well-prepared — you can clearly see the great work done by the housekeeping team. I also appreciated the presence of the security agent, who was respectful and attentive.

Nothing to mention, everything went smoothly.

Recepción pequeña, desayuno escaso

Nothing good to be said here. Even if there's it cannot make up for how terrible this place is.

Imagine a 3 star hotel with no toiletries. The bathroom had no soap, no jel, no shampoo, not even tissue or wipes! I tried calling reception but the phone didn't work. I wemt down, and their answer was "We ran out of it". The furniture is CHEAP. Everything screams cheap. The only good thing is that it had hot water. Otherwise, living on the streat wouldnt be different.

Expérience exceptionnelle ! L’accueil à la réception était excellent, le personnel est vraiment attentif et souriant. La chambre était impeccable, merci aux femmes de chambre pour leur travail exceptionnel. Un grand merci également à l’agent de sécurité pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme, je me suis sentie en confiance tout au long de mon séjour. Toute l’équipe mérite un grand bravo. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.
