freezing cold in the room even with the heater no hot water in the evening, so couldn’t take a shower after a long moto road trip. they fixed in the morning. loud talks in front of the room at 7:30am, i had to wake up and say that i was still sleeping. breakfast is instant noodles. i asked for a refund for breakfast as i don’t eat instant noodles but they refused. considering that there was no hot water in the evening they could refund the breakfast or at least offer a hot drink in the morning. hospitality is very poor.
