I paid for this apartment for 6 nights but it wasn't actually available! So I basically paid for a place but never stayed at and had to arrange a different place last minute! Desperate trying to contact booking.com on their helpline it was not be able to contact anyone as the official helpline is out of service! I never got my money back! And actually nobody was willing to assist me

I had to sleep in the sand by the beach cause he didn't answer my calls or give me the keys and i couldn't book anything else though its a confirmed non refundable booking, I'd sue him i swear and the website as well, it's a scam
