CAThe apartment is very nice, incredibly well located, and on a high floor, so you get a nice view of the sunset. In particular, the living room is very spacious.
I was traveling for work, so a desk would have been great. But if you're travelling for holidays, this is not an issue. The apartment is besides a school, so it can get a bit noisy in the mornings. It also depends on how sensitive you are to noise. If you close all windows, things should be okay.
