Gorgeous, spacious house in a great location close to Queens University

The place was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It smelled really nice too! It was a lovely stay, the host was helpful and we’re really happy that we decided to stay here.

The property was beautiful and very clean. We had a welcome pack with snacks and water which was a nice touch. Perfect for 7 girls travelling together. 4 large double bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms for 7 girls getting ready. Toiletries available. The host was in contact throughout and very helpful We used taxis to get in to the city and back again.

There wasn't enough room for 7 of us to sit in comfort in an evening or general down time. Only one couch and one arm chair. Nothing major as we were out and about most of the time but if you were looking to spend time in the lounge relaxing it is worth noting. Might be good to have some milk/bread available possible add on option (we have had this before in other accommodation)

Great location for exploring Belfast and also easily getting out of the city. Parking was on street but spaces were readily available. House was clean and well equipped for self catering (albeit there are only 6 forks for 8 people!) and was a comfortable retreat after days out. All 4 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Hosts were easy to contact with queries and keen to ensure we had a great stay.

We were blessed with amazing weather but only one room had curtains. The rest just had blinds which meant sunlight poured in from early hours. But really who complains about sunshine?!?

We absolutely loved 4BR Boutique House ❤️ It was a beautiful property with all and more of the amenities we needed. The hosts were amazing, in contact with us throughout the visit and ensuring we had everything we needed, including dropping off our bags before check in. Everything about our home for three days was spot on and we even enjoyed the walk to and from the centre, and those who don’t do walking can get a No 9 bus 2 mins from the house. We loved all the complimentary coffee and toiletries too!

The only thing we can say could be improved was curtains in the bedrooms. The top skylight bedroom has blackout blinds but the others are all just blinds which makes the rooms very light from early morning and if families were there with children darker rooms may help with bedtimes and get ups. otherwise the place is more than perfect!

The entire house is so beautiful and well maintained with all the facilities. Ample space for everyone. The location is perfect as well with couple of eateries and supermarts nearby.

Beautiful house in a great location. Owner was extremely helpful and accessible at all times. Absolutely all of our needs were provided for, would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a few days away.
