Très bel hôtel, chambre très bien et la piscine est TOP !

J’ai trouvé le petit dej assez décevant .. il n’y avait pas beaucoup de choix et peu de quantité ( pancakes, thé ..)

L’emplacement un peu retiré du cœur de ville en fait un endroit apaisant. Belle installation, literie confort et personnel accueillant.

The room was very big and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He even recommended us places to go to. We had to wait for our night bus after check-out, and they kindly allowed us to relax by the pool. The wonderful gentlemen at reception even surprised us with a delicious iced coffee, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They also stored our backpacks safely for the entire day after check-out, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. The level of service was exceptional throughout our stay. Even when a few items from our laundry became discoloured, they immediately arranged to wash them again and handled the situation professionally and kindly. Truly outstanding hospitality and customer service!

Outdated room with old forniture and very old towels with stains.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The breakfast was delicious, and everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location was excellent. Beautiful surroundings, lovely pool, comfortable room. The staff were super helpful and we loved hiring the bikes to explore the area. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Le confort des lits et le grand espace de la chambre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, proche de plusieurs restaurants, de salons de massage, d'une laverie juste en traversant la rue, etc.

Le petit déjeuner (pas qualitatif) Le personnel peu attentif (nous avons dû chercher quelqu'un pour le check out par exemple) Les "finitions" (robinet du lavabo qui bougeait énormément, peur de le casser a chaque utilisation)
