Propriétaire de mauvaise foi.

Le site est très très bien. La vue ,la résidence toute neuve, la belle piscine,la plage, la pizzeria et l'épicerie sur place.

1)Le micro-ondes ne fonctionne pas et la réponse de Mme Hyppolite , co-hôte du propriétaire est ...oui ,je sais. Et c'est tout . Pas de remplacement du micro-ondes défectueux pendant notre séjour ! 2) La mauvaise gestion du co-hôte,Mr Hyppolite, qui nous affirme,dès notre arrivée,que,pas de problème, nous pouvons rester 1 nuit de plus , c'est-à-dire partir le 18 février au lieu du 17 comme prévu avec booking,. Mais le 16 au soir ,il nous dit que non,nous devons partir le 17, en fait l'appartement est reloué...( le matin du 16 il m'avait quand même assuré que l'appartement était libre et même demandé 160€ pour la nuit du 17 au 18). Voilà, nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver un hébergement pour une nuit avant notre vol vers Orly le 18 février. C'est la 1ère fois que j'ai un problème avec booking. Désolée de devoir vous le dire

Great view on the beach

La vue imprenable. L’appartement spacieux et confortable. L’équipement. La situation géographique.

Pour ma part mais ça ne tient qu’à moi, il me manquait un aspirateur et un parasol pour petit déjeuner.

A wonderful apartment: Beautifully appointed, fantastic views of entire Orient Bay, comfortable bed/linens, and amazing pool. Everything was provided to make our stay memorable. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The location was far enough away from the busy part of touristy Orient Beach to give peace and privacy and yet a pleasant 15 minute walk to the beach restaurants and village shops. Very attentive staff-Linda-was exceptional in answering our questions and showing us into the apartment. Best to communicate via What’s App directly than through Bookings messaging.

The views are stunning and the room is clean. The pool is fantastic. The little deli and pizza shop are great too.

Firstly we couldn’t find the place. The directions on bookings.com are incorrect and there is not enough information about where to go to check in. There is no mention of Mt Vernon in the booking, nor the phone number of the caretaker. You need to have a car to get here as it’s so far out out the way. There is not enough parking for all of the residences. It was a 10 min walk just to get to the car. It’s is also very difficult to get you luggage to your room and it’s very hilly, the driveway is not smooth so suitcases get ruined when having to walk them at least 10-15min to get to your room. Then lug your groceries up there too. Second, the room wasn’t ready for check in. We had to wait another 2 hours before we could check in. Third, the water pressure is terrible- the shower, the sink and the basin. The toilet doesn’t flush properly either. Sadly, the washing machine leaked which we reported and never got an answer back about, then we tried again and the water flooded the whole apartment. The lady was then very annoyed that we requested our laundry be done for us. There were only 2 beach towels left for us, which would have been fine if we could wash them, however we couldn’t as the machine was broken. There was no blanket for the fold out bed and we had to request sheets for it.
