Seaspot is a 1 bed annex ground floor apartment at stunning Broadsands Beach nr Brixham!

They were lovely and helped me out loads when my car broke down great place to stay

Julie was a wonderful, responsive host who has left nothing to be desired for her cute accommodation. It was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and a close walk to Broadsands beach. So many thoughtful amenities were provided: Tea and coffee making facilities, along with instructions on how to work everything in the apartment, a massive TV with Netflix provided, a remote control fan for the bedroom(!), a TV in the bedroom, plenty of room for clothing and stuff should you plan to have an extended stay, a very comfy bed, and plenty of suggestions for things to do and local eateries. She also knows the area very well and happy to give recommendations should you ask. I will definitely be a repeat guest, as I really enjoyed my stay. It is a perfect base for the surrounding area to explore from.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was brilliant.

I was met by the host on arrival to collect the key, I've actually been in contact throught my journey there to keep her updated, very good communication.

It is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good parking and a great location.

It does not have a separate kitchen area, but it is cleverly designed.

Great location for Broadsands Beach with off road parking and own sliding door entrance at front of the property. Very clean with comfortable bed, attractive decor & excellent shower.

The sitting room with comfortable settee, is obviously a converted bedroom, the wardrobes having been converted to store the new but complicated microwave, kitchen equipment & owners spare belongings. The desk houses the mugs, kettle & toaster, with cutlery in the stationary drawer. A very small fridge is under the desk. There is no sink but a 2nd sink is provided in the bathroom for washing up. If you cope with quirky this can work for you. In my humble opinion with this layout a coffee table is needed. Attempted to cook a ready meal there being no stove, but finding & needing to read the manual to work out the microwave was a step too far. Bedside lights gave insufficient light for reading having red & orange shades.
