Proximité avec la plage à pied. Check-in et check-out facile. Hôte proactif.

Le grand lit grince à chaque mouvement. Le matelas, mou et affaissé, doit être changé, comme deja relevé par d'autres utilisateurs. Le deuxième lit d'appoint ( banquette du canape-lit avec surmatelas) est à linverse très dur. Le taux d'humidité de l'appartement est vraiment trop élevé (draps et habits mouillés), impliquant également de mauvaises odeurs. Mauvaise insonorisation. Très peu d'ustensils de cuisine. (Pas un seul couteau qui coupe convenablement).

De locatie is fantastisch!

De slaapkamer heeft geen raam naar buiten, maar naar de hal. Dat zorgt voor minder frisse lucht. De badkamer heeft weliswaar alles wat nodig is, maar is erg krap

Prima appertement met genoeg faciliteiten. Goede locatie om te lopen naar het strand, centrum of Marjan park. Lekkere zitplek buiten op het terras met leuke katjes in de buurt. Contact met de host was prettig en makkelijk, ze is erg behulpzaam bij vragen.

Let op het geluid van de weg. Het is niet heel druk maar echt rustig zit je niet buiten door de auto's. Ook binnen is dit goed te horen. In de slaapkamer is het wel stil. Het bed is oud, ligt niet echt lekker en kraakt aanzienlijk bij elke beweging die je maakt.

Cama cómoda, cocina muy bien equipada y espaciosa. Nos recibieron y explicaron todo de forma adecuada. Andando al centro son 15 minutos aunque el camino más directo es por una calle nada atractiva.

El baño es muy estrecho pero eso se ve en las fotos. Entendí que tenía parking privado pero es compartido. Dicho esto aparcamos en la calle sin problemas.

La terrasse vue mer et le calme du quartier

Host is very kind and helpful. Apartment is in the relatively quiet area, near to the several beaches and short walk to the center of the old town of Split. Parking for a car is on the street and mostly available without problem. Pleasant surprise was very fast internet via optics, so you can use your favorite streaming platforms without problem and work, if you need.

The mattress on the bed was too soft for me and the bed itself should be replaced, it creaks too much.
