ADthe location and cleanliness
The company that manages the apartment doesn't respond in a timely manner. We had a problem with the lock, and they didn't respond. A building employee helped us. We received some Amazon packages that were definitely lost because they couldn't be retrieved after being placed in a locker where the client doesn't have access. The agency's response was conspicuous by its absence. Too many demands from the agency and terrible service
