Close to pool, ideal for nearby shops. Apartment had everything we needed.

Self locking patio door could be an issue if you had young children.

Perfect location, close to restaurants and bars.

This place was an excellent stay. The host was quick at responding to questions, met us with all the information we needed. Accommodated an early and late check out at no extra charge. Would recommend to anyone looking for a central venue on las americas. The venue was clean, there was a welcome basket with some nice bits to get us going. Nespresso machine, hot chocolate sachets. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. The only thing i’d say is bring a hairdryer as we couldn’t find on in the apartment. The pool is ran by an external facility with a charge for sunbeds but you don’t need to rent these as there’s two on the terrace at the apartnment which overlooks the pool. We’ll be back, without a doubt.

The complex that the appartment belongs to is pretty calm, allthough its verry central, just step out of the complex and you are in the middle of city with restaurants and shops everywhere. Go out the backside, and you are straight out to the beach promenade. Stay within the complex, and there is calm. The choice is yours :) The pool area is clean, guarded and supervised. You can rent sunbeds with cushions, aswell as parasols for 3,5-5 euros a day right by the pool, but its not really needed since the appartments terasse is few steps away. There is a bar, a massage/welness place aswell as a small restaurant right at the pool, so if you just want to relax, you can get by without even leaving the compund. Just outside the complex is a mini supermarket/grocery store with most the things you would need on a daily basis. The appartment is well equiped so you really shouldnt need anything. Great hosts that made it possible for us to feel comfortable and provided us with all we needed for a great vacation, before, during and after our stay. Thank you Silvia and Abel!

There isnt really much negative we could say about the place. On the last days we were there, a group of younger people that were a little loud arrived, but they were well handled by the staff at the pool, thats about it.

A wonderful place, I highly recommend it. We stayed as a family for 12 nights and it was a wonderful time. Great owners and great contact with them. I recommend 1000%

The apartment was in a prime location. it was beautifully set out. the veranda was large with a table and chairs and also 2 sun beds overlooking the pool. Olivia met us on arrival to show us our apartment and she couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. I hope to be back next year

It was very well equipped and very clean lots of beautiful white towels the terrace had two comfortable loungers the staff were there to meet us and show us in they had prepared a welcome basket of biscuits and a selection of cakes which was very kind when I returned home I thought I had lost my keys in the room I messaged and they went to check straight away which I feel was very kind and professional

We thought there was two full bathrooms and found there was just a downstairs toilet after the initial disappointment we soon adapted we were 4 adults and really would have liked 2 bathroom’s

The hosts were fantastic, if I contacted them, there was always a prompt reply, they were very friendly and always pleased to help.

Very clean and great view of the pool, great location. I would recommend this property
