Kev's Place

The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk to the main Street. The house was absolutely spotless clean, we couldn't of needed anything more in the house. Beds really comfie and showers perfect, facilities amazing 👏 It was hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Lovely quiet location also.

Great communication from Kevin few days beforehand so the group knew what to expect when we arrived.

We had a lovely family break at Kev’s place. Communication from Kev was excellent. The house was easy to find. The house is exceptionally clean and stocked with items you might need (eg tablets/rinse aid for the dishwasher, plenty of towels, cleaning products). We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend.

Beds were a little on the small side but we have three 6 foot plus family members. (We have divans at home for extra leg room at the bottom).

It was so spacious and really accommodating for the amount of people had, Kevin was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any queries. I would really recommend staying here, as it overall is a lovely area, with kind locals and a peaceful atmosphere

We weren’t able to have access to the bikes or anything in the garage even tho it was quite sunny when we went,however I completely understand why Kevin said they could only be accessed closer to summer, so we didn’t mind much in the end :)

The hosts provided lots of extras like toys for the kids, breakfast for one morning etc.

This accommodation is 5 star . We were drawn to the name and it certainly exceeded what we expected . Everything provided from t bags to dishwasher tablets , Cosy bedding . Grandchild was delighted with the toy box her own toys were left aside. The garden was so child friendly as was house. Excellent in every way ..very peaceful great sleep . Very secure . Beautiful bathroom to relax in ! Def will be back .

There are plenty of bedroom options and bathrooms. Great provision in the house of kitchen appliances, such as air fryer, George Foreman grill. Brilliant food welcome pack in the fridge for breakfast , thanks a lot Kev. Kev was just a message away if you had any questions.

A little update on the crockery (especially plates ) would be good

The property was incredibly spacious, and Kevin maintains it beautifully. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Kevin went above and beyond, he provided taxi numbers, tea essentials, and the comfiest robes. We were staying here for a wedding, and honestly couldn’t rate the property highly enough. It was absolutely gorgeous!
