At the Well guesthouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay At The Well. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I would book again!

The Beds are comfortable. and the rooms are spacious. the house works well for a family

The house is not a guesthouse with the minimal requirements to serve as a guesthouse. There are personal things in the cabinets and drawers in all the rooms. The oven and the Cooker hood are so dirty, you can’t use it. A lot of the inside doors can’t close properly. They do not maintain the garden. There are no daily staff coming in. The Bathroom in the hall way has no towel rails and there is nothing to put your clothes on. The Toilet has no lid Seats in the Dining room is stained It seems like we are the first people to use the facility. It’s a house they're busy turning into a guesthouse, but it’s not ready for guests. There are just too many faults and complaints to try and mention. You arrive there and find no phone number available to contact. It's dirty, not in proper order and adequate for people to use as a guesthouse. There is no staff who clean and assist on a daily basis.
