Well located, modern design. Clean and very functional

Great location, 5-10 mins walk to centre, quiet at night, and parking available in the street. Although there are stairs this did not bother us but might be a problem for some. The price we paid was excellent value. And I only banged my head once on the beams😂

Didn’t like the bedding left uncovered under the bed and the hoover on show in the living area. The kitchen was looking a little tired. A full length mirror would have been appreciated.

Communication from the host from the start was great, she wanted to check that the apartment would be big enough for the four of us (2 adults and 2children, with our two small dogs). It was more than adequate. Very bright and roomy for us and a great location. We have family in Southport and often visit, will definitely use again (if dates are available of course!) The bathroom was nice, clean and modern. As was the kitchen. We had all the things we needed. The beds were comfy (kids had sofa bed).

It was clean and spacious. And close to town.

The flat is excellent, very comfortable and quiet. It exceeded my expectations, because it is even bigger and brighter as it seems from the photos. As soon as you come up the stairs, you realise how bright the whole apartment is and you feel comfortable right away. Lauren was very helpful and responds very quickly if you need anything. In the evenings you can watch tv and enjoy the sunset through the side window at the same time. Although it is a quiet area, its still just a short walk into town and Morrisons is just a 10 minute walk. Perfect.
