Key fob would not work with elevator all the time, had to use stairs, only one key fob! Only one wash cloth per person and our stay was for three nights, no information on how to work anything, no information on wifi, coffeepot did not work very minimal utensils. No telephone contact with property on with email.
USThe host worked with me to get me a room last minute since original host fell through.

USUSUSThe address was to a Walgreens!! There was no apartment or hotel there at all!! I would like my money back , please. Who do I need to speak to about getting a refund??
USNothing. I honestly do not know how they were rated 8 or better. The reason we got an apartment was the kitchen and it was not clean enough to cook.
I have pictures of the dirty walls, dishes, drawers, shower, and couch. The floors were not moped. The TV in the bedroom was broken and taped up, so the owner knew it was broken and we had to buy batteries for the living room tv. The towel rack was broken, the towels were old with pin holes, and i wish I had a hotel. We could not watch tv and did not feel comfortable. My wife had to wash the towels and blankets. We bought pillows and new towels at the ross next door, and there was no coffee. I think this is the first place I stayed at with no coffee.

I didn't like that the pictures showed a larger balcony with a table because that is not what was in the rental.
