Casa Feliz - Stunning 2 bed Penthouse in Manilva with pool, sea and mountain views, close to the beach and facilities

Apartamento nuevo con todo tipo de enseres de cocina. Olía a limpio nada más abrir la puerta

En el dormitorio 2, las sábanas parecían usadas. Un poco sucias y con olor a usado.

La ubicación y la urbanización.

Necesita algo de limpieza de manera más profunda.

Attico con panorama davvero splendido. Appartamento grande e molto accogliente, bella terrazza per pranzare ed ulteriore terrazza in alto perfetto per un aperitivo in intimità. Pulizia non perfetta ma comunque buona. Piscina grande e molto bella con bagnino sempre presente. Ci sono due bagni ed entrambi hanno il bidet, anche se uno non funziona bene, é comunque una bella comodità. La posizione é molto tranquilla ed in 5 minuti di auto si arriva al mare del paese, anche se qui il parcheggio non é proprio semplice .

Ci é stata data la posizione sbagliata dell'appartamento, che infatti non riuscivamo a trovare essendo a 3km dalla destinazione. Indicazioni molto macchinose con dei video non utili. Buona assistenza via whatsapp che ha risolto il problema mandandoci la posizione esatta, comunque fastidioso. Sarebbe da migliorare la quantità e varietà di pentole e piatti, attualmente non sufficiente per una famiglia di 4 persone.

The view from the terrace from the private roof terrace is amazing, with coastal resorts in the foreground and a mountain backdrop. Roof terrace has sun beds and seating, and a parasol and folding chairs which you could take to the beach. Gets the sun all day. The parking is designated and secure, the urbanisation is well cared for. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. It's up a hill but still the seafront is accessible on foot - 10 mins away.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open (opens 1st June and we were there end-May) It's a spacious grassy area and a good size pool. The roof terrace meant we always had somewhere to enjoy the sun and relax, just a shame that's all but nothing the owners can do about that.

Great views from the private balcony, sun terrace, bedroom and lounge areas. Extensive selection of live UK TV & Netflix, etc. Easy to use and very comfortable AC system.

Would’ve preferred extra pillows. As it happens we used the ones from the twin room, as there were only two of us.

The apartment was home from home, it had everything we needed and more.

We didn't like that we had to pick up the keys in town when there was a lock box outside the property.
