Miss water pressure in two showers in bathrooms Need to repair some little thing to be perfect

4 bedroom, 7 beds, 3 baths, large common area newly updated kitchen and bathrooms.

This property is in a lower middle class neighborhood that was very noisy. The house began ours partied all weekend. The house looks like it was updated 10 years ago, but needs some TLC. The owner tried to touch up the paint but it didn’t match and looks terrible. The house was very very dirty. There were gnats sticking to the cabinets and ceiling above the stove, and the laundry room was filthy. There were electrical outlets that were uncovered. This house could be amazing but clearly needs some attention. We reached out to to the owner the second day to make him aware of an ant infestation in the kitchen there was no response. We asked for a late checkout even though the house was not booked we were denied.
